Nine things move through the House. Learn how they move and you understand the whole game.

| Dirty Money | In game | Cash from jobs and the underground. It buys nothing here until it is washed. It can be stolen. |
| Clean Money | In game | Washed money. Buys buildings, training and research. It has no limit, and can be stolen only at a low rate. |
| Supplies | In game | Crates, tools and parts. Needed for equipment and later buildings. Limited by your storage. |
| Ammo | In game | Gathered at the Smugglers' Pier. Needed for equipment and higher building levels. Limited by your storage. Also won in Street Job 10. Opens at Mansion Lv 5. |
| Jewels | In game | Gathered at the Jeweler. Needed for higher building levels. Limited by your storage. Also won in Street Job 12. Opens at Mansion Lv 7. |
| Diamonds | In game | The one coin every ledger accepts. Speeds things up; never raises the ceiling. In test builds they are simulated. Real purchase: coming soon. |
| Dossiers | In game | A folder of notes, rumors and favors. Spend it to sharpen a crew member's skill; later, to raise your leader's ultimate. |
| Shards | In game | Unlock crew members and raise their stars. From Street Jobs, recruitment and rewards. |
| Reputation | In game | What the city says about you when you leave the room. Street Jobs and orders earn it; what it opens is coming soon. |

How money moves
Jobs and the underground bring Dirty Money. The Restaurant washes it, and the family keeps a cut: everybody pays. Clean Money builds the house. The house raises the limit. The limit lets you take bigger jobs. Bigger jobs raise Wanted. When Wanted is full, those jobs wait until it cools.
Storage
Dirty Money, Supplies, Ammo and Jewels are capped by your Mansion level (the Warehouse adds more). Clean Money has no cap.
