Each crime job has a Wanted cost: Resource Points, most gathering, Street Jobs and fast laundering. It falls by 8 every hour, faster with a Law Office. At 100 those jobs wait; Collection Rounds stay open. Wanted.

No. Wanted only limits which jobs you can start right now. The levels are names and colors; they never take your loot or close a building. The limit.
