The seat of the family. Every other building on the grounds answers to it, and none can stand taller.

What it does

Sets the level limit of every other building and of your crew. Upgrading it opens new buildings and raises the ceiling on everything else. The top level you can reach also depends on how old the world is, so late joiners can catch up.
